Application starting January 8^th

The Vallée-de-l’Or Scholarships wishes to recognize the remarkable work of students attending the UQAT at the Val-d’Or Campus. For all awards, student must attend UQAT, Val-d’Or Campus, for the majority of his courses for the current academic year and must be in the process of succeeding in all his/her winter session courses.

Academic excellence scholarships

Academic Excellence Scholarships are based on student’s grade point average. Scholarships are awarded for students by field of study to those who have submitted their appplication.

Excellence Awards are offered to students who have completed the required application form(s) and who meet the eligibility criteria.

Student Recognition Scholarships

The Student Recognition Scholarships are intended to support, encourage and recognize students based on different criteria: perseverance, returning to school, coordinating academic studies with family or work-related responsibilities, involvement in the community, contributions to student life, the quality of the language used in assignments, etc.

To apply for these scholarships, students must complete the application form and demonstrate why the Student Recognition Scholarship should be awarded to them. For some scholarships students must include an additional document (see details on the form). These scholarships are available to students who have filled out the required form(s) and who meet eligibility criteria.
