GRADUATION CEREMONY

LET’S CELEBRATE THE SUCCESS OF THE GRADUATES

The graduation ceremony will take place on June 15, 2024, at the Théâtre du cuivre in Rouyn Noranda.

The graduates who completed their studies in 2023 (summer or fall) or in 2024 (winter) will be celebrated during this major event.

Degree parchments will be distributed during the convocation. As every year, diplomas will be mailed to the graduates.

Here is the breakdown by program of study for the two graduation ceremonies:

  • 10:00 a.m. ceremony: graduation ceremony for the graduates from the Creation and New Media Teaching and Research Unit, the School of Art therapy, the School of Engineering, the School of Social Work, the School of Psychoeducation and the Forest Research Institute;
  • 2:30 p.m. ceremony: graduation ceremony for the graduates from the Health and Education Teaching and Research Units, the School of Indigenous Studies and the Research Institute on Mines and Environment.

Note that the ceremonies will also be webcast live.

That same day, the graduates and their guests will be invited to the graduates’ reception held by the UQAT’s Graduate Services to celebrate this milestone.

The formal invitation is sent out at the end of March which explain the attendance confirmation process, how to obtain the tickets, etc. Details on the registration, as well as general information on the graduation ceremony, are available in the Ceremony registration section on this page.
