If you have finished your studies in 2019 (summer or fall) or in 2020 (fall, winter or summer) or will finish in 2021 (winter), you are among the graduates who will be celebrated during this event.
An official invitation with all the details will be sent by email in mid-April. Keep an eye on your emails!
Like every year, the diplomas will be mailed to the graduates.

In the meantime, do you want a photo of yourself wearing a graduation gown, as a special souvenir of this moment? As it won't be possible to take pictures at the Graduation Ceremony in its usual format, UQAT can still offer you a number of options.
*Note that photo sessions will be at the student's cost
All of these events have been planned to comply with public health rules in effect. If this means you need to go to one of UQAT's campuses or centres in person, please note: you must complete the Form on access to the buildings and declaration of state of health before you travel.
If you cannot get to one of these places on these dates, you may also choose to get your graduation photo taken with the photographer of your choice, at whatever time suits you best.
Below are a few simple tips to keep in mind, to match the style of UQAT's official graduation photos.
Four days of photo sessions are planned on the Rouyn-Noranda campus, in Room C-400.
The sessions will take place on a drop-in basis but, if possible, write to Anne Beaulieu beforehand, to tell her which day you will drop in.
Photo sessions in the studio, by direct appointment with Zone image at 819 825-2300 (ask for Annie Plamondon). Though a photo can be sessions scheduled at any time (black gowns available), we suggest between April 15 and May 15, as official UQAT gowns will be available.
The campus team is organizing two photo sessions, on April 30th and May 1. Between 9 am and 4 pm, the photographer will be on the premises at Maison de l’Entrepreneur (601, rue de la Madone), in Room ME-107.
