FNHRDCQ
The FNHRDCQ, an entity of the Assembly of the First Nations of Quebec and Labrador (AFNQL), is responsible for the administration of the employment and training development measures for the job market and for competency development among the people of the First Nations. Its primary mandate is to promote, encourage, support and advance all human resources development initiatives directed by the First Nations. First Nations youth represent a significant workforce and the job market is currently offering exceptional opportunities for employment integration. The FNHRDCQ is therefore striving to offer the guidance and support necessary to achieve social and professional integration. In this way, it collaborates in the development of First Nations communities, and asserts their full and complete participation in regional economic development.
